2. Website Use and Account Registration
- Only users who have registered and/or created a profile may order Goods.
- To register, you must create a password and provide accurate personal details.
- You agree to keep your password confidential and to use your account solely for personal use.
- You are responsible for all orders placed using your login credentials, even if unauthorized, unless you notify us before the order is processed.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must inform us immediately.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, descriptions, or prices without notice.
- In the event of a pricing or product information error, you will be entitled to a refund, provided the affected products are returned in accordance with our return policy.
- Opinions or information expressed on the website do not constitute professional advice from Werdafurn (Pty) Ltd.
- Communication will be via the contact details provided during checkout. “Written” communication includes electronic data messages such as emails.
- Stock is sold on a “first to pay, first served” basis. If stock runs out after payment, Werdafurn (Pty) Ltd will offer a refund, store credit, or alternative. No damages claims will be accepted.
- Our website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of all information provided.
- Product prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
- Delivery and courier charges will be disclosed at checkout.

3. Payment Methods
3.1 Debit/Credit Cards & EFT
- Additional verification may be required for card payments.
- Orders will only be confirmed once payment is authorized.
- You warrant that you are authorized to use the card or account provided.
4. Delivery Policy
- Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout.
- Failure to accept delivery may result in storage charges or resale of the Goods.
- We will notify you of any delivery delays beyond our control.
- Each order may be invoiced and delivered separately.
- You must sign for Goods received in good condition.
- If the parcel appears damaged, refuse delivery or sign as “UNCHECKED”.
- Werdafurn (Pty) Ltd is not liable for courier delays.
- Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received.
- Standard delivery is charged at R150 (based on postal code and suburb).
- Stock availability is not guaranteed. If unavailable after payment, you’ll receive a refund or store credit.
- Errors on the site are subject to correction and refund.
5. Warranty
- Products are covered by manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated.
- Custom builds are only covered on a per-component basis.
- Optional extended warranties may be available and will require registration.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order within 7 days of receiving goods under the ECT Act for a full refund, provided the goods are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. Exceptions apply to:
- Opened software and consumables
- Customized or specially ordered items
Warranty claims must be reported within 6 months of purchase. Depending on the issue, products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded (minus delivery).
7. Incorrect / Damaged Product Returns
- Notify us within 2 days if the wrong or damaged product was received.
- Returned items must be unopened, complete, and in original packaging.
8. Open Box Items
- Clearly marked as such.
- May have damaged packaging but items are new.
- Not eligible for refund—only warranty claims apply.
9. Return Instructions
Returns must be properly packaged, include the order number, and be shipped at your expense. Insurance is recommended.
10. Privacy Policy
